Questions about switching
- Will my clients have to enter their card again?
- Yes, if you keep cards on file. Saved cards belong to your payment processor and cannot be moved between booking systems.
- What about my reviews?
- Reviews on Google stay with you. Reviews held inside another booking platform usually cannot be moved.
- I’m still in a contract.
- Tell us when it ends. We set everything up ahead of time, so you switch on the day your contract runs out.
- What do my clients notice?
- A new booking link. Their upcoming appointments are already there.
