Do I have to change processor?
No. booqwell works with Clover, CardChamp (CardPointe), Square, Dejavoo and Stripe. You keep your merchant account and your rates; the card is taken on your terminal and recorded in booqwell. On Clover and CardChamp, card on file and no-show fees are set up with our team.
Does booqwell take a cut of payments?
No. booqwell adds nothing per transaction.
Are tips charged on retail?
No. Tips are worked out on services only, never on retail.
