AI that runs the front desk and answers to you.

For your clients

Clients text. It books.

Clients text your salon number the way they always have. The AI front desk checks the real calendar, offers only times that are really free, and books once the client says yes. It moves and cancels bookings too, and anyone on your team can step into the conversation.

For you

Ask your salon anything.

Who’s free at four? How did Saturday go? Kim is out sick, move her clients. It answers from your own calendar and sales, and shows you every change before it makes it.

Already use ChatGPT or Claude? Sign it in to your salon and ask from there, with only the access you allow.ChatGPTClaudeOther assistants

Add-ons that add their time.Gel removal, nail art and French tips add their own minutes to the booking, so the next client isn’t kept waiting and nobody rushes a set.
Bookings for groups.A bridal party, a birthday or a mother and daughter book together: up to five people, each with their own service and technician, at times that fit everyone.
Walk-ins in one tap.Pick the service and the calendar shows who is free right now. The walk-in sits on the same calendar as everyone else, so online booking never double-books the chair.
Card on file for no-shows.Ask for a card when a client books, and charge your no-show or late-cancel fee from the appointment in one tap. The card is saved with your own processor, not with us.
Reminders that cut no-shows.A confirmation when they book and a reminder the day before, by email and text. Clients reply to confirm, or rebook from the link.
Gift cards.Designed gift certificates for birthdays, holidays and bridal showers, sold on your booking page and at the desk.

Your POS stays. We connect to it for free.

Most nail salons already have a terminal they like. Keep it. booqwell works with Clover, Dejavoo, CardChamp (CardPointe), Square and Stripe: the card is taken on your own terminal and recorded in booqwell with the tip and the technician. Your payouts come straight to you at the rates you already pay, and booqwell adds nothing per transaction. On Clover and CardChamp, card on file and no-show fees are set up with our team.

How the processor connection works

Moving from Booker, Vagaro, Square or Fresha?

We bring your clients, upcoming appointments, services, prices and gift card balances across with you on an included setup call. Most salons are live within a week, and your old system keeps running until you’re ready.

Priced per location. No cut of your sales.

We quote booqwell per location for your team. No commission on your clients and no markup on card payments.

Nail salon questions

Can clients add nail art or a removal when they book?
Yes. You set up add-ons with their own price and time. When a client picks one, the booking grows by that time, and the technician’s calendar shows exactly what was booked.
Can I take walk-ins and online bookings on the same calendar?
Yes. A walk-in is a booking that starts now. It goes on the same calendar, so a client booking online never gets a chair that’s already taken.
Will it work with my Clover or Dejavoo terminal?
Yes. booqwell works with Clover, Dejavoo, CardChamp (CardPointe), Square and Stripe. You keep your merchant account, your terminal and your rates; the card is taken on your terminal and recorded in booqwell. If you use something else, tell us which one.
Can a bridal party or a group of friends book together?
Yes. One person books for up to five people, each with their own service and technician. They arrive together and you see them as one group on the calendar.
Can I charge a no-show fee?
Yes. Ask for a card when clients book, set your fee and how late a cancellation counts, and charge it from the appointment in one tap. Clients see your policy before they book.
Can clients book by text?
Yes. Clients text your salon number and the AI front desk books, moves or cancels on your real calendar. Nothing is booked until the client confirms, and anyone on your team can take over the conversation.
Do you charge me when a new client books?
No. There is no marketplace, so there is no new-client fee. Clients book on your own address and stay your clients.
How many technicians can I have?
As many as you need. You don’t pay per technician: booqwell is priced per location and quoted to your salon. Ask us through the contact form.
