You keep your merchant account, your terminal and your rates: the card is taken on your own terminal and recorded in booqwell with the tip and the specialist, and booqwell adds nothing per transaction. Spa questions

Can you book rooms as well as therapists?: Yes. Each treatment can need a room, and booqwell books the therapist and the room together, so a room is never double-booked.
Can two people book a couples treatment together?: Yes. One person books for both, with two therapists in the same room at the same time, online or at the desk.
Do you do packages and spa days?: Yes. Bundle several treatments into one spa day with one price, and book it in one go.
Can I sell gift cards online?: Yes. Gift cards sell on your booking page and at the desk, and balances are tracked as clients use them.
Can clients book by text?: Yes. Clients text your spa and the AI front desk books, moves or cancels on your real calendar. Nothing is booked until the client confirms, and anyone at the desk can take over the conversation.
Do you charge me when a new client books?: No. There is no marketplace, so there is no new-client fee. Clients book on your spa’s own address and stay your clients.
How many therapists can I have?: As many as you need. You don’t pay per therapist: booqwell is priced per location and quoted to your business. Ask us through the contact form.
