Massage questions

Can I add time between sessions?: Yes. Each service can carry reset time after it, so online booking never squeezes two sessions back to back.
Can new clients fill in an intake form?: Yes. New clients get a short form by text when they book, and the therapist sees the answers before the session. booqwell keeps no clinical records.
Do you do packages?: Yes. Sell a pack of sessions, and booqwell counts down what’s left each time the client comes in.
How much does booqwell cost?: It depends on your studio. booqwell is priced per location, with no contract and no cut of your sales. Ask us through the contact form and we’ll quote your studio.
Can clients book by text?: Yes. Clients text your studio and the AI front desk books, moves or cancels on your real calendar. Nothing is booked until the client confirms, and you or anyone on your team can take over the conversation.
Do you charge me when a new client books?: No. There is no marketplace, so there is no new-client fee. Clients book on your studio’s own address and stay your clients.
