Can I book a series of treatments?: Yes. Book a series of sessions weeks apart, and booqwell counts down what’s left.
Can clients book by text?: Yes. Clients text your clinic and the AI front desk books, moves or cancels on your real calendar. Nothing is booked until the client confirms, and anyone at the front desk can take over the conversation.
Do you charge me when a new client books?: No. There is no marketplace, so there is no new-client fee. Clients book on your clinic’s own address and stay your clients.
