You keep your merchant account, your terminal and your rates: the card is taken on your own terminal and recorded in booqwell with the tip and the specialist, and booqwell adds nothing per transaction. We bring your clients, upcoming sessions and deposits across with you on an included setup call. Most studios are live within a week, and your old system keeps running until you’re ready.

Yes. Every booking can need a deposit, taken by secure link through your own processor, and counted toward the final price.
Can I book a project over several sessions?
Yes. Book a series of sessions weeks apart, and booqwell keeps them together as one project.
Can clients sign consent forms before they arrive?
Yes. Clients get your forms by text when they book and sign them on their phone.
Can clients book by text?
Yes. Clients text your studio and the AI front desk books, moves or cancels on your real calendar. Nothing is booked until the client confirms, and any artist can take over the conversation.
Do you charge me when a new client books?
No. There is no marketplace, so there is no new-client fee. Clients book on your studio’s own address and stay your clients.
