Do you do memberships?
Yes. Set a monthly membership, charged through your own processor, with visits counted as members come in.
Can clients be reminded when they’re due?
Yes. Set how many weeks a service lasts, and booqwell texts the client a link to rebook when it’s time.
Can clients book by text?
Yes. Clients text your studio and the AI front desk books, moves or cancels on your real calendar. Nothing is booked until the client confirms, and anyone on your team can take over the conversation.
Do you charge me when a new client books?
No. There is no marketplace, so there is no new-client fee. Clients book on your studio’s own address and stay your clients.
